Join a small team of high-level Rails developers building a next-generation hospitality system

We’re Reinvented Hospitality AB — a small, fast-moving product team developing a next-generation management and optimization system for the hospitality industry. Our software is already running in a real hotel (which we own), and we’re now scaling it to a broader market.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain features like billing, bookings, point of sales
• Work across the stack — from Hotwire frontends to backend models
• Collaborate with UX (Figma) and QA
• Shape implementation and architecture
• Write readable and maintainable code
• Contribute to a thoughtful, high-trust environment

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional Rails experience
• Strong design judgment and pragmatic coding style
• Enjoys learning and helping others level up
• Experience with Hotwire/Tailwind is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Bonus: experience with hospitality, bookings, or billing

What we’re not looking for

• Frequent job hopping without good reasons
• Big egos or unkind collaborators
• Developers who don't care about long-term maintainability
