Our product brings together bookings, hotel, restaurant, payments, and daily operations into one system. It’s used every day to run real businesses, which means it needs to handle complexity while still being intuitive to use.

We are a small, fast-moving team, working closely with our customers and continuously improving the product.

Now we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of shaping how it all works.

You will work across product design, solution design, and UX, with a focus on defining how features should function, not only how they look.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to solution design for new functionality
• Define structure, logic, and flows when needed
• Translate problems and ideas into concrete, implementable solutions
• Work closely with developers as part of the team
• Take part in standups, planning, and iterative development
• Ensure that what we build is coherent from both a user and system perspective

The focus is on functionality and usability, with less emphasis on visual polish.

You likely:

• Have experience from a startup or small company environment
• Are comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Communicate clearly and explain your reasoning and trade-offs
• Take a pragmatic approach and are comfortable delivering good enough solutions when needed
• Are confident in discussions and know when to challenge and when to move forward
• Are comfortable with fast decisions and evolving priorities
